Sixteen undergraduate students from the University of Houston’s Bauer School of Business kick off a project with Strategic Ascent to determine the characteristics of the next great workplace.
The students are participating in Strategic Ascent’s “Creating Great Workplaces” project, which focuses on two questions:
1) What qualities will a company need to have or offer in order to attract top talent?
2) How can companies implement these qualities to optimize their business model?
