Strategic Ascent, a Houston-based organizational learning consulting company, wants bright, conscientious students with a serious career interest in organizational learning and development to work with us as Learning Consultant Interns. Our internships are designed to give you experience in challenging projects along with structured guidance allowing you to apply what you have learned in your degree program.
The internship will be focused on building your knowledge and skills in consulting and in learning analysis, design, and development. You will work with Strategic Ascent’s experienced Learning Consultants to design and develop materials for client learning projects as well as for internal projects. You will learn through structured training and project work, with coaching and peer interaction. You will be assigned deliverables to manage and complete on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. When applicable, you will participate in internal meetings and client meetings. If you successfully complete the internship, you will receive a certificate.
This internship is more than just a great learning experience; it is also a real job. Strategic Ascent is very serious about the quality of our consultants and the differences we are making for our clients and for the world in general. You will be held to professional standards and expected to catch on quickly and produce results. Before committing to this internship, you should know what you are getting into and be ready to take it seriously.
